【Position】
General store operations (coffee service, customer service, service support)
【Location】
Assignment will be determined based on current openings and proximity to your residence. OR Assignment will be determined considering your preferred location.

Part-time
【Working Hours】
Shift system between 6:45 AM – 8:30 PM
【Actual Working Hours】
6-8 hours per day ※May exceed 8 hours depending on business conditions.
(45-minute break for shifts over 6 hours / 1-hour break for shifts over 8 hours) ※Working hours negotiable ※Overtime available (paid additionally )
【Days Off / Holidays】
Two days off per week (shift-based) Paid leave available
【Probationary Period / Contract】
Probationary period applies (3-6 months/determined after interview). Contract renewal occurs upon mutual agreement after probation.
Social insurance enrollment upon meeting required working hours/days.
【Compensation】
Hourly wage: ¥1,226~ (with raise system)・Incentive system (paid based on store sales, goal achievement, and evaluation)・
Manager/Store Manager promotion system available (many successful promotions)・Transportation allowance (up to ¥1,000 per day round-trip / reimbursed based on actual expenses)・Employee benefits・
