A slight scent of brew can give you peace of mind in the morning. A day’s happiness can be achieved by a single good cup of coffee. However, it’s not as simple as brewing the same amount of beans and following the same process in order to keep producing good coffee everyday. Taste can differ depending on the origin and the condition of the fresh beans, or the state of roasting and the brewing methods, the temperature of the day and its humidity, and so many more variables. It’s true and possible to make an infinite number of cups of coffee to taste the same, using fillers and flavorings which today have become a commonplace with chainstore and dollar coffees. But even after 10 years in business and serving 2.5 million cups a year, STREAMER to this day has never relied on such bamboozlement.

When STREAMER baristas stand in the bar to face their coffee, they do so with an aura similar to that of top athletes standing at the start line, with intensity and unparalleled concentration. This entirely to drip an unprecedented hand drip, or pull an “it” shot, or free pour awe-inspiring art, each and every time for their customers. They brew hundreds or thousands of cups of coffee even before being allowed in the bar, and approved to serve their first ever cup to a customer, all this to acquire the compendious skillsets of coffee making. The baristas at STREAMER thus have their own style, and a pride that does not rely on a single push of a button.
